Fuel Forward Foundation is a nonprofit organization created to provide emergency fuel relief when disasters and other emergencies disrupt communities. Fuel Forward Foundation helps families, first responders, essential services, and community organizations maintain access to fuel when it is needed most.
Fuel Forward Foundation works with fuel providers, local organizations, emergency personnel, volunteers, and community partners to identify urgent needs and coordinate fuel relief where it can make the greatest impact.
Each response depends on safety conditions, available funding, fuel availability, equipment, qualified personnel, and the needs of the affected community.
Depending on the circumstances of an emergency, assistance may be provided to individuals, families, first responders, nonprofit organizations, community partners, recovery personnel, and essential services.
Assistance is based on urgency, location, safety, available funding, fuel availability, and the specific needs identified during each response.
At this time, Fuel Forward Foundation generally does not provide funds directly to fuel delivery companies that are not part of the Juiced Fuel network.
Fuel Forward Foundation may consider working with another qualified fuel delivery provider when necessary to support a specific disaster response. Any exception must be approved in advance and may require verification of:
Commercial general liability insurance
Commercial automobile insurance
Pollution or environmental liability coverage
Workers’ compensation coverage, when applicable
Required fuel transportation and dispensing licenses
DOT and hazardous-materials compliance
Driver qualifications and training
Vehicle and equipment safety
Fuel sourcing and transaction documentation
Background, safety, or operational requirements
Written agreements governing the use of charitable funds
Itemized invoices, receipts, and post-response reporting
Meeting these requirements does not guarantee approval or funding. Fuel Forward Foundation must also determine that the proposed work supports an approved charitable response, is necessary and reasonable, and can be completed safely and in compliance with applicable law.
Fuel Forward Foundation does not guarantee reimbursement for fuel, labor, equipment, transportation, or other expenses that were not authorized in writing before they were incurred.
The tax treatment of a donation depends on Fuel Forward Foundation’s current tax-exempt status and your individual circumstances. Please retain your donation receipt and consult a qualified tax professional for guidance.
Yes. Businesses may support Fuel Forward Foundation through sponsorships, financial contributions, donated goods or services, fuel resources, event participation, employee volunteerism, and strategic partnerships.
All partnerships are subject to review and approval by Fuel Forward Foundation.
The Red, White & Fuel Veteran Franchise Award is a Fuel Forward Foundation initiative designed to help a deserving U.S. veteran pursue business ownership through a Juiced Fuel franchise opportunity.
The program has separate eligibility requirements, application procedures, judging criteria, deadlines, financial requirements, and official rules. Participation does not guarantee advancement, financing, territory availability, or receipt of the award.
Donations may be used to purchase fuel, transport equipment, support approved volunteers, coordinate disaster response, administer charitable programs, host fundraising activities, and cover other reasonable expenses necessary to advance the Fuel Forward Foundation mission.

Fuel supports evacuation, emergency response, generators, medical equipment, transportation, utility restoration, and recovery efforts. When fuel becomes unavailable, emergency operations can slow and basic needs can become more difficult to meet.
No. Fuel Forward Foundation was inspired by the fuel shortages that followed Hurricane Helene, but its mission includes hurricanes, natural disasters, and other emergencies that significantly disrupt access to fuel.
Requests may be submitted through the Fuel Forward Foundation website when an active relief effort is underway.
Submitting a request does not guarantee assistance. Each request is evaluated based on urgency, location, safety, available funding, fuel availability, available personnel, and the scope of the current response.
You can donate through the secure donation page on the Fuel Forward Foundation website. Donations may support fuel purchases, transportation, emergency deployments, equipment, volunteer support, and other expenses necessary to carry out the Fuel Forward Foundation mission.
When a designated relief fund is available, you may be able to direct your donation to that effort.
If the stated need has been met, the response has ended, or the designated use is no longer practical, Fuel Forward Foundation may redirect remaining funds to a similar charitable purpose consistent with its mission and any applicable donor restrictions.
Volunteer opportunities depend on the needs and conditions of each relief effort. Certain roles may require training, safety credentials, background screening, proof of insurance, or specialized experience.
Volunteers are not permitted to transport, handle, or dispense fuel unless they are properly trained, qualified, insured, and authorized by Fuel Forward Foundation.
Fuel Forward Foundation was inspired by Juiced Fuel’s experience responding to fuel shortages after Hurricane Helene.
Fuel Forward Foundation and Juiced Fuel may work together on certain relief efforts and charitable initiatives, but they are separate organizations. Fuel Forward Foundation has its own charitable mission, leadership, governance, finances, and responsibilities.
